FAQ
- Go to the "Payments" tab in the side draw.
- Click on the "My Bank" tab
- Enter your banking information where payments will be deposited after job is completed automatically.
- Allow 2-3 buiness days to see the payments reflected in your bank account.
- Click on the "QUEUE" button
- Go to the "Outgoing" tab
- Click on "more details.." to bring up your request.
- Click "Cancel Request" button at the bottom
* Once completed, you will be notified if an insterested service in your area accepts your request
Taking care other people's loved ones is very sensitive and hence extra caution must be taken to ensure they are leaving them in the hands of the right people.
This information is not made public but verfied by the Sitter App admin.
By providing your goverment photo ID,
- In case of emergency, this info will be provided to local authorities. eg. if a loved one goes missing
- Service seekers(parents/guardians) are more comfortable and inclined to select you knowing that your identifiy is verified.

- ULTIMATE GOLD
- A VALID government photo ID
- Police Criminal Background Check document uploaded
2. VERIFIED REQUIREMENTS:
- A VALID government photo ID
3. NON-VERIFIED
- No IDs or credentials on file
Additional Documents (Optional) may also increase your chances of geting hired by service seakers
- First AID certificate
- Immunization
- Resume
- Education
- Health and Safety
