Introduction

4 yrs volunteer preschool ~once a month 3 yrs Sunday school volunteer (ages 2-9) 2 yrs Children's Ministry Lead (ages 1-10) 4 years summer camp (ages 5-16) I'm an experienced individual who has spent ample time volunteering, working, and living with children of various ages and neurotypes. Caring for people with autism, ADHD, OCD, ODD, and bipolar disorder are areas of particularly significant experience and expertise in my professional life. I have a bachelor's degree in pre-healthcare, CPR/first aid/AED certification, and a food handler's card that will ensure your child(ren) are safe and healthy in my care. I also have experience with teaching and tutoring young adults, skills I can adapt to younger children to help them study, if need be. Equally important to my professional experience is my personal experience. I currently live in a home with an infant who I am playing an instrumental role in raising. I also have godsons who I both care for and give guidance to, aged 3 and 4, and four nephews hanging in age from 6 to 24, three of whom have autism, one who has OCD, and all of whom I've played roles in raising and childcare. A lifelong pet owner, I currently live in a home with dogs both big and small, cats, and reptiles and am versed in caring for all of them. I'm excited to meet you and your kids, and find both joy and humor in working professionally in child services.
